Events and news
The feasts of the parish year, and milestones of the association. Dates recur yearly.
The Church at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon
The Church of the Eternal Cluster will take part in and present at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon events around the world. Our first appearance is this year at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America, 9–12 November 2026 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
Day of the Clean Slate
The change freeze lifts; the year's first deploy is blessed and heavily monitored.
Feast of the Edge Case
Observed on leap years, in honour of everything that only breaks sometimes.
World Backup Day
A backup untested is a prayer unanswered; on this day we restore one.
Five Nines Day
The high feast. The parish falls silent for 864.6 ms: the year's permitted downtime, spent together.
All Pods' Day
Remembrance of every workload terminated in the year past.
Vigil of the Leap Second
The year's final watch, in case a second is added and something divides by it.
